MEDICAL-EXPO 2008 in APLAR's World

The 13th APLAR Congress "Medical Expo-2008" is delighted to have already received a great number of abstracts from more than 35 countries. As such, the content of the Scientific Program promises to be of especially high calibre and offering a wide variety of stimulating material to all.　

While we can all look forward to a fascinating professional science-meet, I am also excited by the current preparations for the cultural, entertainment and business elements. I am confident these will be thoroughly unique, and will firmly identify APLAR as far more than a regional variation of the annual family of events shared with EULAR, ACR and others.
 Therefore, I am especially looking forward to greeting a great many friends and colleagues in just over 3 months time.
